Someone in your organization is pasting a contract into a public AI tool right now.

They are doing it because it helps, and because nobody told them not to. That document has left the building. You cannot see where it went, how long it is kept, or who can retrieve it.

That is the wound. The opportunity is the other half of the same fact: work that stays inside your walls, IP you keep, and capability that compounds instead of renting itself back to you every month.

Three layers. The machine is the smallest of them.

The machine. A reference-architecture AI workstation, specified and validated by us and built to order by an established boutique builder under their warranty. We do not manufacture, and that is deliberate — you get a supply chain that already works, and we stay focused on the part that is actually ours.

The install. Nothing restricted arrives pre-installed. Required software goes on on-site, under your own licensing and your own credentials, watched by your team. You own the machine, the compute, the infrastructure and the licences.

The governance. Micro-Contract Development governance, coaching on what AI can and cannot be trusted to do, model and stack upkeep, and quarterly capability reviews. This is where the value lives, and it is a retainer rather than a one-time sale.

A local model is still an imperfect model.

We will not pretend otherwise. A capable model running on your own hardware will still confabulate. Privacy alone does not make output trustworthy — it only makes it private.

Two things do. Micro-Contract Development verifies intent going in and evidence coming out, rather than taking the model's word for anything; the process is what makes a mid-tier model safe to delegate to. And grounded retrieval against an on-premise knowledge graph anchors answers in curated sources, which reduces hallucination substantially without eliminating it.

No box vendor bundles that. It is the difference between private AI and trustworthy AI.

One practical thing to know early

A machine in this class draws real power. The full configuration needs a 20-amp or 240-volt circuit — a standard 15-amp office outlet will trip. There is a lower-power variant that fits ordinary office power and cooling at some cost in performance.

We raise it here rather than at delivery, because discovering it late is expensive and discovering it early is just a decision.

This is not a product we imagined.

JARVIS is the working prototype. It runs our own AI workload, and every image on this website was generated on it. The stack we would deploy to you is the stack we already run.
